Shabel Tonya is a female bilingual Virtual YouTuber and VSinger who is affiliated with idol Corp generation "ENCORE", alongside Enya Ignis, and Chikafuji Lisa. She streams in English and sometimes Korean.

Personality[]
Tonya is a joyful, polite and cute girl who enjoys spooking out or tease her fans. She is proven to have strong motivation to progress as entertainer. Even if she is generally sweet and comfy, Tonya can also be very outspoken, and employ rude crude words when she gets angry, notably on difficult games. Scaredy, she panics easy on horror games. She is always grateful to get encouragements.
Tonya manifests a lot of interest in cute girls and having fun with friends.
Appearance[]
She has light blonde hair in low twintails, with yellow hair ribbons, orange accessories and light blue eyes. When she goes "angry mode", Tonya can turn her eyes red. A black collar is around her neck. She wears an orange animal hood with some stripes between the 'ears'. Her skirt and boots are black. The belt around her waist has a buckle with an orange logo of feline paw.
With her second outfit and new haircut, Tonya appears with true tiger ears.

Tonya's YouTube channel was created on 24 November 2021, she joined Twitter in November 2021. She made her first tweet on 11 December 2021.[2] On the same day, Tonya released her first official cover song "Silhouette" (English Ver) by Kana-Boon.[3]
On 13 December, Tonya released her first original song "TonyaDeSu!."[4]
On 17 December 2021 ET time (or 18 JST time), Tonya debuted.

On 30 December, Tonya made her first collaboration with Tenma Maemi in game "Super Bunny Man."[5]
2022[]
On 25 January, Tonya celebrated her 5,000 subscribers and also gained her channel superchat feature.[6]
On 26 January, Tonya reached 10,000 subscribers on YouTube channel.[7]
On 29 January, Tonya reached 20,000 subscribers on YouTube channel.[8]
On 5 February, Tonya made a stream to celebrate her membership opening, but YouTube announced that her channel membership was not yet available. About 10 minutes after the stream, her channel membership was opened. At night the same day, Tonya officially opened her channel membership feature.[9][10][11]
On 9 February, Tonya reached 30,000 subscribers on YouTube channel.[12]
On 2 March, LITMEDIA Twitter account announced the "Tonya Fanart contest!."[13] On the same day, Tonya reached 40,000 subscribers on her YouTube channel.[14]
On 17 March, Yonya reached 50,000 subscribers on YouTube channel.[15]
On 10 April, the winners of "Tonya Fanart contest!" was announced.[16][17]
On 3 May, she reached 60,000 subscribers on YouTube channel during a "Cat mario" stream.[18][19]
On 18 June, she celebrated her 6 month anniversary and also released her first merch.[20][21]
On 4 September, she debuted her 3D model, made by her fan.[22]
On 20 September, she reached 70,000 subscribers on YouTube channel.
On 12 November, she hosted a stream for the debut of the new members of LITMEDIA, Luvdia.[23]
On 29 December, Tonya had her first collaboration cover song with Liora Walkyria on the song "Identity" by Kanaria.

On 16 June, Tonya debuted her chibi model.[24]
On 15 August, she debuted the second outfit for her 3D model.[25]
Leaving LITMEDIA[]
On 12 September, LITMEDIA announced that Tonya would be leaving the company to become an independent VTuber. LITMEDIA stated that due to Luvdia's transfer to 3Y and their business operation issues, they couldn't continue business support. All 2D, and 3D models copyrights and rights would be transferred to Tonya without any conditions.[26][27]
2024[]
On 28 April, Tonya reached 80,000 subscribers on her YouTube channel.[28]
On 7 August, she started a 72 hour donothon on her birthday. During it, on 9 August, she reached 90,000 subscribers on YouTube.
Joining idol Corp[]
On 11 May, Tonya was announced to be affiliated with idol-EN as part of its generation "ENCORE". Though she had not made any indication of her affiliation before this point, she was revealed to have joined during the debut of her genmate Enya Ignis.[29] During her debut, she revealed a new idol-styled outfit with see-through sleeves, a skirt and a short bob haircut. Then, she unveiled the third member of ENCORE: Chikafuji Lisa[30] ENCORE also released their first group original song "REBOOT" on the same day.
On 29 May, Tonya revealed two great news. First, she sang "Eternal Promise", OST for the 3rd anniversary of AFK RPG (EN and KR versions).[31] Secondly, she sang the main theme song "Lucky Night" for the newest event of the game GODDESS OF VICTORY: NIKKE.[32]
On 7 August, she did a 72-hour donothon in celebration of her birthday.
On 17 October, it was announced Tonya sang again for the game GODDESS OF VICTORY: NIKKE. She did the vocals for "Modernia 「White Shirt」".[33]
On 7 December, as idol decided to abolish the different branches, Tonya would be no more labelled under "idol-EN", but simply "idol".
On 20 December, she held a solo 3D concert, "Grande Masquerade", to celebrate her 3rd anniversary. To prepare it, she rented a whole ball room.[34][35] She also released a new original song: "Night City".
2025[]
On 1st January, Yomeguri Hana released a group cover of "Made to Order" (オーダーメイド) by Kasamura Tota. It was made with a group of 10 VTubers, singing in their native language: Hana herself (Japanese), Shabel Tonya (Korean), Serina Maiko (English), Kumanui Miel (French), Taiga Toragami (Spanish), Eileennoir (Thai), Taring Hu (Malay), Laphi (German), Misora Kanon (Vietnamese), and Jesse Llum (Portuguese).
On 10 January, Tonya announced she would begin to stream on the Korean streaming platform CHZZK, with her debut there scheduled for 17 January.[36]
