Shikai Yue (始解ゆゑ) is a female Japanese Virtual YouTuber formerly affiliated with the VTuber group PLIVYou, debuting as the last of its members. She does singing, gaming and ASMR streams.

Personality[]
Yue is a cat girl who likes to talk and make jokes. A beauty who acts more like an older man, she loves alcohol and erotic things.
Appearance[]
She has light blue hair, and eyes with red irises. She has cat ears and a tail of the same color as her hair. The tail turns white at the tip.
For her original design, she wore a white sailor fuku style one piece dress, which extended down to the thigh level instead of having a skirt piece. It had a red ribbon at the center and she wore a black choker with a gold bell on her neck. She had a pair of calf-length loose white socks on her legs and sporty white-pink running shoes.
For her 2025 redesign, she retains the blue hair and red irises, but her hair and cat ears now have a pink inner side on the reverse of the blue side. She wears a form-fitting, short white one piece dress that accentuates her significantly increased bust size, with a small diamond-shaped window showing off her cleavage, and side slits showing off the black strings tying her underwear together. She has a brown long-sleeved turtleneck piece covering her neck and arms. On her left leg are two black belts adorning her left thigh, and on her feet are a pair of black leather boots with a red inside, adorned outside with a metal watermelon ornament. Her blue tail is adorned by a magenta ribbon.

Yue's Twitter account was created in May 2019. Her YouTube channel was created on 14 May 2019. On 26 June, she uploaded her first video on YouTube, an introduction video.
2019[]
On 28 June, Yue did her first stream.
On 23 October, she uploaded her first original song, "Reason".
On 27 October, she uploaded her first cover song, Aishite (アイシテ, LOVE ME) by Toa feat. Hatsune Miku.
On 15 November, PLIVYou disbanded, with all talents becoming independent.
2020[]
On 6 March, Yue premiered her first duet with Kamiki Hasami, a cover of Hibana (ヒバナ) by DECO*27 feat. Hatsune Miku.
On 9 April, she premiered her cover of Ai Kotoba III (愛言葉Ⅲ, Love Words III) by DECO*27 feat. Hatsune Miku.
On 7 May, she joined a new VTuber agency called Fanfun as one of its founding members.
On 21 July, she uploaded her second original song, "Like♪Life" (ライク♪ライフ).
On 22 July, she premiered her cover of Getsuyoubi no Yuuutsu (月曜日の憂鬱, Monday Melancholy) by HoneyWorks feat. Amatsuki.
On 5 August, she premiered her duet with Kamiki Hasami, a cover of magnet by RyuuseiP feat. Hatsune Miku and Megurine Luka.
On 7 December, she premiered her first duet with Misya, a cover of Grass Art (グラスアート) by Patirchev feat. Kagamine Rin.
2021[]
On 30 April, the Fanfun agency disbanded,[3] with Yue returning to being independent.
On 22 May, she debuted her second costume, the outfit was designed by Tsugumi Suzuma and illustrated by BORUMETE as her new illustrator.
On 29 June, one day after her second anniversary, Yue changed the way her name was written in Japanese, from "尸解ユヱ" to "始解ゆゑ" (both names are pronounced the same: Shikai Yue).
On 7 October, she debuted her third costume. The theme is Chinese-style dress.
2022[]
On 27 February, Yue premiered her third original song, "Natsu Yuurei" (夏幽霊).
On 7 July, she debuted her 3D model which was based on her second costume. It was a surprise for her fans as a result of her crowdfunding effort in 2022 (originally for production of merchandise) achieving over 300% of the target.
On 17 July, she premiered her first duet with Yawara (Xiǎo róu on bilibili), a cover of the song Connect (コネクト) by ClariS.
On 20 July, she premiered her cover of Ai Kotoba IV (愛言葉Ⅳ, Love Words IV) by DECO*27 feat. Hatsune Miku.
2024[]
On 25 October, Yue's first duet with Inari Enju, a cover of the song Nee Nee Nee. (ねぇねぇねぇ。) by PinocchioP feat. Kagamine Rin & Hatsune Miku, premiered on Enju's channel.
On 23 November, she premiered her second duet with Inari Enju, a cover of Odo (踊) by Ado.
On 31 December, she premiered her first Chinese song cover, a cover of the song Bad Bad Water (我的悲伤是水做的) by ChiliChill.
2025[]
On 11 January, Yue premiered her cover of Sayonara Princess (さよならプリンセス) by Kai feat. Hatsune Miku.
On 12 January, she held her re-debut stream and unveiled her new 2D model, a redesign illustrated by Motsunuki and rigged by Boss.[4]
On 2 February, she did an endurance variety stream where she did various things she liked until she reached 20,000 subscribers. The milestone was reached in 4½ hours.[5] On the same day, she released her cover of Good-bye Sengen (グッバイ宣言, Goodbye Declaration) by Chinozo feat. flower.
On 21 July, she celebrated her birthday by doing a drinking stream and on-stream viewing of videos sent to her by fans from her fan server and from bilibili.[6]

- On 3 September 2021, Yue participated in the Setsuna Sieg Custom (雪那ジークカスタム) Apex tournament along with her younger brother oRuyaNke and his illustrator Namaco as team "Blue hairs" (ぶるーへあず).[7]
- From 19 - 23 September 2021, she participated in the Stock Force Games Cup (SFG Cup) Apex tournament along with Ami Kazuma and Meltstera as team "Konnichiwa" (こんにちは). The team placed 5th in the overall ranking.[8]
- On 15 October 2021, she participated in the Apex Legends Senno Inori cup S3 as team "Izakaya Ume-tei" (居酒屋うめゑ亭) along with Qualia Qu and DiscoTeiMeteo. The team took 4th place in the overall ranking.
- On 25 April 2022, she participated in the Kawahara Mayu Custom (まゆ酒場カスタム) Apex tournament along with Tochiotome Sayu and Kimutesu as "Team 13".[9]
