SoyaPoya is a giantess, but normally assumes human size to stream. She has orange eyes and shoulder-length blue hair, although she has an alternate blonde hairstyle. She wears a green sprout on top of her head.

SoyaPoya's original Live2D model was ilustrated by MoshieDraws and rigged by Pines. Her Twitch account was created on 5 Apr 2020.
SoyaPoya debuted on 25 April 2020.[2][3] She used her Live2D model around this time.[4]
2020[]
SoyaPoya's YouTube account was created on 19 May 2020.
On 8 October, she debuted her full-body model. Previously, the model had no legs.[5]
Her top games streamed this year were Dark Souls III, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim and The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap. Her most popular category was Just Chatting.
2021[]
On 6 June, for her birthday stream, she revealed a new outfit with a royal blue robe.[6]
Her top games streamed this year were Chrono Trigger, The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past and Elden Ring. Her most popular category was Just Chatting.
2022[]
On 10 December, SoyaPoya made a 3D model debut.[7]
Her top games streamed this year were Dark Souls III, Genshin Impact and Stardew Valley. Her most popular category was Just Chatting.
2023[]
On 11 March 2023, SoyaPoya made a re-debut. She revealed SoyaPoya 2.0 model, illustrated by ilion and rigged by herself, with assistance by Pines.
On 29 April, SoyaPoya reached 15,000 Twitch followers.[8]
On 27 May, SoyaPoya held an anniversary stream, which included a violin performance and a collab.[9]
2024[]
Retirement[]
On 24 February, SoyaPoya announced that she would retire on 10 March 2024.[10] She received well-wishes on Twitter from numerous independent VTubers.
On 10 March, SoyaPoya held her graduation stream.[11] The stream lasted 4 hours and 42 minutes, and reached 1,215 viewers at peak. She had 18,000 Twitch followers.
During 2024, she streamed 119 hours. She streamed mostly Just Chatting. Her top games were Nier: Automata, Dark Souls: Remastered, and Dark Souls III.
