Sybil (希维 Xīwéi) is a female Chinese Virtual UP (bilibili content creator) from the VirtuaReal sixteenth generation alongside Kiyuu, Karisa, and Girimi.
Introduction[]
Profile[]
Sybil is an outstanding fortune-teller, but there is a slight problem. You can forever believe Sybil's divination, it’s just that you have to believe it in reverse- even though it is hard to avoid some ambiguity with her prophecy when you understand it, in the end you will find it always the precise opposite of reality.
Now, in order to improve her predictive ability, Sybil came to England to search for that legendary magic school. To find this academy hidden on the edge of a great lake, she also invited a beautiful girl detective to help.[1]
Appearance[]
She has long blonde hair with a side ponytail and braid with green eyes, pointed ears and a gold circlet with blue jewels.
As a streamer[]
Sybil is a heavy player of Genshin Impact and likes Mihoyo games in general. She is also famous for organizing big collab shows. Sybil organizes a monthly collaboration show called "Liver家中最xxx物品大披露" (Livers' Most XXX Household Items), where four members of VirtuaReal show photos of various items in their homes that they think suit each presented statement e.g. "The thickest book at home", each round ending with a poll from the audience. The participants include:

Debut[]
On 2 January 2022, the VirtuaReal bilibili and Twitter accounts teased the upcoming Livers with an image of their silhouettes.
On 3 January 2022,[TZ] Sybil was announced as part of VirtuaReal's sixteenth generation.[1] Sybil also released her first video, a cover of "Ruri no Tori" (the opening theme from Kara no Shōjo), on the same day.[TZ]
On 12 January 2022,[TZ] Sybil was the third member of 167 to debut on stream.[2][3]
2022[]

On 23 January, Sybil started playing Genshin Impact and apparently fell in love at it.[4]
On 25 January, the sixteenth generation collabed for the first time and played Pico Park.[5]
On 13 February, Sybil's Valentine's Day voice pack was announced.[6]
On 15 March, Sybil started her long running variety show, Liver家中最xxx物品大披露 Livers' Most XXX Household Items.[7]
On 5 August, Sybil's talent profile was added to the NIJISANJI official website along with the rest of 167 as well as 157, despite it being over 6 months since her debut.
On 3 December, Sybil reached 30,000 fans (i.e. followers) on her bilibili channel.[8]
2023[]
On 14 February, Sybil went on a break to receive a surgery. Originally she planned on receiving a surgery in December 2022, but the surgery was postponed.[9]
On 11 March, Sybil filled in the streaming schedule and streamed for the first time since the break.[10]
On 21 June, Sybil participated in VirtuaReal's VR-Cup Calabiyau tournament with teammates Chiharu, Hunger, Ameki, Hatsuse.[11]

Lore[]
- Half a year before joining VirtuaReal, Sybil's master told her that to improve she cannot just stick to old methods. So, she decided to find H███████ to improve her divination skills. However, she realised that one couldn't just join this school because they wanted to. When she was about to despair, she suddenly met a very reliable-looking person in the streets: Chiharu. After some deep discussion, Chiharu told Sybil that VirtuaReal was a far more reliable place to learn divination than H███████. Thus, Sybil joined VirtuaReal.[13]
Miscellaneous[]
- Over two months before 167 was announced, Sybil's existence was hinted at in Hunger’s announcement profile.
- The song that Sybil sings at the beginning of her introduction video is "Take Me Higher" from Ultraman Tiga.
- Sybil sang "Goshowa Kudasai Ware no Na wo!" from Ultraman Z against a backdrop of the titular character during her debut.[14]
- Sybil received a surgery due to anal fistula.[10]
- As seen in her introduction video, Sybil gets angry when her name is misspelt or mispronounced.[13] Ironically, her name was spelt incorrectly as "Sivil" on the NIJISANJI official website, then as "Sibil".
