Takao Shinji (高生紳士) is a male Japanese Virtual YouTuber who debuted in 2018 as an independent. In December 2018, he joined the all-male VTuber group Piece A Part (PAP) under VEEMusic. In January 2022, the entire PAP group became independent from VEEMusic.

He has short blonde hair with red hair clips and eyes with yellow irises. He has a casual black and yellow jacket with a white hooded top underneath.

His Twitter account was created in March 2013, while his YouTube account was created on 4 July 2013.
2018[]
On 13 July, Shinji had his earliest instance of using a VTuber model, where he used a 3D model while playing the game Cureries.[2]
On 28 December, VEEMusic announced that Shinji was joining the agency as a founding member of their new all-male group Piece A Part (ピースアパート).[3]
