She has short blonde hair with two black strands and feline ears and dark gold eyes. She wears a black and gold jacket on top of a white and teal tiger-themed cheongsam.

Taring's YouTube channel was created on 30 October 2023, while her Twitter account was created in October 2023.
2024[]
On 2 December, Taring celebrated her first anniversary and debuted her second costume.[2]
2025[]
On 1 January, Yomeguri Hana released a group cover of "Made to Order" (オーダーメイド) by Kasamura Tota. It was made with a group of 10 VTubers, singing in their native language: Hana herself (Japanese), Shabel Tonya (Korean), Serina Maiko (English), Kumanui Miel (French), Taiga Toragami (Spanish), Eileennoir (Thai), Taring Hu (Malay), Laphipi (German), Misora Kanon (Vietnamese), and Jesse Llum (Portuguese).

- On 16 March 2025, Taring participated in the VTUBER COOK-OFF! Overcooked 2 Tournament organized by Remia Aotsuki, as part of team "Overstressed 2" along with Azeria.EVE. They competed against "ShuramoonRAWRXD" (Shura Hiwa & Bossymoon) in round 1, and against "Team We are cooked" (Laphipi & Xiulan Long) in round 2, but lost. She also co-hosted the tournament (as "Taring MC") in Round 1.[3]

Into the HU-verse (Other models)[]
- ClownHu shown during debut and never again.
- Not-Hu is the second alternate version of Hu. Also the only Hu that was canonically dead. [Update: She supposedly still alive].
- SHu (or Smol Hu) debuted on monetisation stream. Model was rigged by xxTigerLover39 (later revealed as Alicja Da Lontano).
- FurryHu debuted on the 6 months anniversary. Model made by Popstar Frufru. Will only speak in "Meow~" or "Rawr~~".
- ChibiHu different version of Smol Hu.
- MaidHu, only appear on Maid Day's as a special one-off.[Possible revival through donothon goals].
- PHD Hu (Pure Hu Dumb) supposedly the smartest version of Hu. There's no evidence that supports this claim, she just more nosy than usual.
- Taring MC(what's the difference between this and PHD Hu?; She got a mic dumb*ss) is the co-host of the VTUBER COOK-OFF! Overcooked 2 Tournament. Her professionalism was questionable as she barely understand what's going on and (didn't) participate in the tournament as well.
- Zois-Hu. She is the icon, the moment, the legend. Queen of all Gs (Gaslight, Gatekeep, Girlboss). Coming into the city of Dowan with one mission; making her own harem. The adventure ended as she bagged a jobless bum and married a (homeless) gamer husband.
- Hukemen (drawn by fuki_101010), debuted on April 1st, is a genderbend version of Hu. Hukemen is a celebratory response to Hu's inner masculinity and masculine toxicity. He seemingly have an affinity towards making women roll their eyes and gagging as he couldn't resist telling a pickup line.
