Tenkai Tsukasa (天開司) is a male Japanese Virtual YouTuber who shares the looks and personality of Bitou Kaiji, and just happens to have started his channel after Kaiji's channel was mostly deleted/shutdown due to copyright violations. He is the current leader of BANs.

His activity started simultaneously on 2 June 2018; his Twitter account and YouTube channel was created and his introduction on YouTube was uploaded on the same day, curiously right after Kaiji's account termination. Several VTubers welcomed him back on the comment section of his introduction
2019[]
On 23 March, he volunteered to help Kashiko Mari during her 3rd live event, MARism Vol.3 at WOMB in Shibuya, Tokyo along with Saionji Mary, and Yu T Kyu.
On 10 May, it was announced that he will be one of the first two participants (the other being Fairys-chan) of NIJISANJI's NIJISANJI NetWORK program, a partnership program that is meant to support virtual talents.[1]
On 31 December, the NIJISANJI NetWORK program was ultimately terminated, with Tsukasa and Fairys returning to independent VTuber status.

- From 1 October to 31 October 2025, Tsukasa participated in the MADTOWN GTA event server organized by the Japanese eSports team Crazy Raccoon. He joined the small-time criminal group Chinroutou (朕狼党), which also had a bar of the same name, operated by Kenki.[3][4]

- "Chinroutou" (朕狼党), along with Memento Vanitas, Mochizuki Hoguno, Dasoku, Nigongo, Yagami Tsukumo, Togami Jin, SHAKA, Tachibana, Seed, Daiquiri, Sorahoshi Paru, and Kenki. This group was formed in October 2025 during the MADTOWN GTA event.

- When Tsukasa was a part of NIJISANJI NetWORK, he played Project Winter with several NIJISANJI members and Fairys; Tsukasa hid the screen to make the room private, but he forgot to unhide the screen and all the viewers could seen was his stream background (tatami) until Ange Katrina pointed out, thus the term "tatami" was coined for a VTuber forgetting to unhide the game screen.
- Despite parting ways with NIJISANJI in 2019, he can often still be seen on the NIJISANJI official YouTube channel hosting special events and making appearances in video segments such as PUCHISANJI and NIJISANJI Koshien.
- Tenkai appears in "Ruriiro Days -Heavenly Blue-", a visual novel game starring Asano Ruri, Asano Akane, Annin Miru, and Amenosei.
