Todoroki Hajime (轟はじめ) is a Japanese-speaking Virtual YouTuber affiliated with hololive DEV_IS, a branch of hololive production. She debuted in 2023 as part of the unit ReGLOSS alongside Hiodoshi Ao, Otonose Kanade, Ichijou Ririka, and Juufuutei Raden.

Why the universe? Why "badass"? Nobody knows.
She’s the restless sort and, to no surprise, enjoys physical activities.
Also to no surprise, she’s not good with tools and equipment, meaning she’s a disaster-class in cooking.
Her trusty partner Banpen teaches her every day about how to be a badass.
Personality[]
In contrast to her title of "badass", Hajime has a child-like playfulness; this is further characterized by her signature lisp, which is noted by many to make it more difficult to catch her words correctly than that of Sakura Miko's; however, it becomes a very clear voice when she sings.
Appearance[]
She has short blonde hair with streaks of lilac and two small pigtails under a white hat with lilac eyes as well and a pastel collar with loose socks.

Background[]
Hajime first became a fan of hololive in 2022, after watching "Impressions Too Detailed That No One Can Tell What It Is," a segment by Inugami Korone and Sakura Miko.[1] She subsequently auditioned for hololive herself.
Hajime's YouTube channel was created on 21 July 2023, and her Twitter account was also created in the same month. A channel for a new group, hololive DEV_IS, was created on 21 August 2023.
hololive DEV_IS was initially teased during the conclusion of hololive's SPLASH PARTY! Night concert with a short video on 27 August 2023. The teaser was also shared later that day on both hololive's Twitter account and hololive DEV_IS YouTube channel on 27 August 2023.[2]
On 29 August 2023, the YouTube channel released short videos of the members in a countdown leading to the project's reveal. Hajime's teaser, released on 1 September, was the last featuring a solo member of the group.[3]
On 4 September 2023, after finishing the countdown, the hololive DEV_IS YouTube channel introduced the group ReGLOSS along with the music video "Shunkan Heartbeat," revealing the identities of all its members as well as their channels and social media accounts.[4] Hajime also made her first tweet on this date.[5] Hajime's teaser video from hololive DEV_IS channel was also uploaded to her personal channel, now fully displaying her face.[6]
On 7 September, hololive DEV_IS's YouTube channel uploaded another video, this time showing ReGLOSS' members actual models and appearances outside of their unified group clothes.[7]
Hajime debuted on 10 September 2023 and was the final member to debut. After the stream, she released her first solo cover song "Shokuchuu Shokubutsu" by RIM.
2023[]
On 12 September, Hajime reached 100,000 subscribers on her YouTube channel during an karaoke stream.[8][9]
On 25 September, Hajime celebrated her YouTube channel monetization and enabled Super Chat feature.[10]
On 30 September, she reached 200,000 subscribers on her YouTube channel.[11]
On 10 October, Hajime had her first collaboration cover along with ReGLOSS, the song "REALiZE" by LiSA.
On 28 October, she opened her YouTube membership feature.[12]
On 14 December, she reached 300,000 subscribers on her YouTube channel.[13]
2024[]
On 4 March, Hajime reached 400,000 subscribers on her YouTube channel during a talking stream.[14][15]
On 26 June, she reached 500,000 YouTube subscribers during a karaoke stream, making her the 62nd hololive member and also the second ReGLOSS member to reach this milestone.[16]
On 10 September, during ReGLOSS first anniversary, they announced their first 3D live "Reach the top", released their first group album "ReGLOSS" and their new original song "feelingradation."[17] hololive DEV_IS also opened membership feature on its YouTube channel.
On 28 September, during the "Reach the Top" 3D Live, ReGLOSS debuted their 3D models. Two different costumes were revealed, their group uniforms and later their default outfits.[18]
On 2 October, she reached 600,000 subscribers on her YouTube channel.[19]
On 12 November, she reached 700,000 YouTube subscribers.[20]
2025[]
On 7 January, Hajime reached 800,000 subscribers on her YouTube channel during a karaoke stream.[21][22]
On 10 January, Hajime and other members of -ReGLOSS- debuted their 3D black sport tracksuit costumes.[23]
On 11 January, Hajime released her first solo original song "Countach."

- On 9 December 2024, SWEETS PARADISE announced a collaboration café with -ReGLOSS-, featuring limited menus and merchandise. The collaboration would be available from 4 February 2025 to 16 March 2025 at 3 SWEETS PARADISE stores in Tokyo, Osaka, and Nagoya.[24][25]

- Banpen, her trusty partner who appears as a blue and white penguin, wearing a white beret and black sunglasses.
- He also appears as a keychain hanging from the shorts of her casual outfit.
- Her fanbase name is "Massu-gumi"「真っす組」. It was decided during her debut stream.
