She has tan skin, golden eyes, and short, brown hair with a white streak on her bangs. She has ears and tail resembling ones of a horse's. In her main outfit, she wears a cropped khaki shirt with a bandolier slinged on top of it, a khaki mini skirt with white stripes layered with a pouch bandolier, knee length brown shoes, brown gloves, and white bandages tied around her right leg as well as her left hand. Pretty muscled, she has visible and developed abs.
She can change her eyes to make the US flag appear through them.

On 15 February, she reached 10,000 subscribers on her YouTube channel.[2]
On 10 October, she claimed to be the first VTuber to appear on public billboards, in the area of Fort Cavazos.[3]
On 24 October, she reached 40,000 subscribers on her YouTube channel.[4]

Joining V-Dere[]
On 13 January, Tomoe was revealed as a member of V-Dere generation 2 "Illus:Eon". She would become genmate with Alpha Betta and Hani Hima. She would debut on 17 January 2025.[5]
On 17 January, she debuted in V-Dere, with her 2.5 model rigged by Mozumi Pichi.[1] Next, she released her cover of Ai LIKE Hamburger from The iDOLM@STER 2.
On 25 May, Tomoe reached 100,000 subscribers on her YouTube channel during a chatting stream.[6]
