Tsubame Kou (燕こう) is a female English-language Virtual YouTuber and a member of the English-language Virtual YouTuber agency PRISM Project. She joined PRISM in the 5th Generation, along with Amami Ami and Shikami Lana.
Kou retired from streaming activities as of 31 March of 2024. For now, she is still active on her social media accounts and joining the collabs.

She has short black hair with a yellow streak and white leaves on the sides. She has an oversized black and yellow jacket with leaves and speaker pattern and a translucent white shirt over black shorts and a blue sports bra with yellow lightning shape on them.

Background[]
Kou, together with the rest of PRISM Project's 5th Generation, was revealed on 22 April 2023.[1] On the same day, Kou tweeted her frist tweet on her Twitter account.[2] She debuted on 29 April.[3]
2023[]
On 1 November, Kou went on an indefinite hiatus to handle "personal and timely issues," with a hopeful return by March 2024.[4]
Retirement[]
On 2 March, 2024, PRISM Project announced its closure at the end of the month with the intention of letting all talents transition into becoming independent VTubers. The next day, Kou, still on hiatus, uploaded a video explaining that she had wanted to return some time in March but had decided to retire entirely due to her personal circumstances and concerns about content creation without managerial support.[5]
On 29 March, Kou released her original song "RE:BORN AGAIN". She would follow this up with her final stream, where she announced that her members-only content would be released to the public following her retirement.
Mascot and Fans[]
- Kou has a bird mascot called A110 (read as "Allo"). He is a blue holographic bird-like creature, whose job is to keep Kou out of trouble.
- Kou initially called her fans Koubros, but changed it to Brosukis.[6]
Trivia[]
- Miyoshino Shiki said PRISM Project used food code names for some of their members before debut, and Kou's was "Salmon".[7]
