Tsumugi Kokage (紡木こかげ) is a Japanese female Virtual YouTuber affiliated with VSPO!, debuting as its tenth solo member after Kaminari Qpi, Yakumo Beni, Aizawa Ema, Shinomiya Runa, Nekota Tsuna, Shiranami Ramune, Komori Met, Yumeno Akari, and Yano Kuromu. Being the 20th VSPO! member, she is the first graduate from VSPO! Kenkyuusei Seido" (研究生制度, VSPO! Research Student System).[3]

Kokage's YouTube channel was created on 26 February 2024, and her Twitter account was also created in in the same month. Her first tweet was made on 17 March 2024.

- Kokage shares her character designer with Lize Helesta of NIJISANJI, Rohto Pharmaceutical Co. representative VTuber Nebasei Cocoro, producer of hololive English Omegaα, and Yu-yu-Yura of FIRST STAGE PRODUCTION.
- The kanji for her surname 「紡木」(Tsumugi) has a very similar looking to the kanji with Tochigi Prefecture 「栃木」, which many fans mistaken for.[3]

- Kaga Sumire: The first person Kokage had a talk with. She often called her out and be the nice and warm senpai.
- Kaga Nazuna: The character gap between her calm talk and while bursting in laugh is really nice.
- Kogara Toto: If Kokage is a guy, Toto is the one whom she wants to date with. Toto is gentle and graceful, a really nice person.
- Ichinose Uruha: A strong-willed person which accompanied by her experience. Her "pien" emoji on chat is cute.
- Kurumi Noah: She oozes peculiar gentle aura which made Kokage feels safe. Being a hard-worker who is strict towards her work, but also being lax from time to time is a good gap.
- Tosaki Mimi: She is really cute when she gets shy when people praises her a lot. Being able to play games that has a lot of organisation for long hour like Ark is something she is really good at.
- Asumi Sena: She is still thinking on what is best to call Kokage. Her biting comebacks and being able to be part of any conversations are her good points.
- Tachibana Hinano: The first time Kokage talked with her, they were able to talk and laugh a lot. The way she is good at getting along with people is exactly how Kokage imagine her to be.
- Hanabusa Lisa: During meeting with a lot of people involved, she was the one who spoke up to greet Kokage first. A really nice person.
- Kisaragi Ren: She oozes wise and calm aura, which Kokage think it is really cool. Being able to talk with her for a long time is something Kokage really appreciate. Ren recommended "octopus rice" to Kokage which she never tried before.
- Kaminari Qpi: The way she talks and her mannerism really showing her "gyaru"-ness, really cute.
- Yakumo Beni: She is a serious thinker who also likes "shimoneta" (下ネタ, dirty jokes/vulgar slang).
- Aizawa Ema: She has a good observation skill as she can see-though Kokake's low communication skill which she tried to hide. She is someone beautiful whom you can feel at ease just listening to her voice.
- Shinomiya Runa: She has a good gaming sense who also put the effort to learn and think about it. She is a VSPO! member whom everybody loves.
- Nekota Tsuna: She is someone full of love. Her love for pranks is a cute side of her. She is really kind and easy to talk with.
- Shiranami Ramune: She is really cheerful and bright like a sun.
- Komori Met: She is a really good talker, someone Kokage look up to. She also a good singer and gamer.
- Yumeno Akari: She is naturally a really kind person.
- Yano Kuromu: She a really kind person who seem to have the tendency to prioritise other people than herself. Despite being the senior, Kokage found her to be cute like a pet.
