Tulsi-Nightmare Madness IV (とぅるしー・ないとめあ) is a female Japanese Virtual YouTuber and a member of the Japanese Virtual YouTuber agency VEE. She joined VEE in the 1st wave, along with Otokado Ruki, Kujo Ringo, Syusetu Kohaku, and Hinahoshi Airu.

Tulsi, together with the rest of VEE's 1st wave, was revealed on 23 May 2022.[1] On the same day, Tulsi tweeted her first tweet on her Twitter account.[2] She debuted on 27 May.[3]
