Tulsi-Nightmare Madness IV (トゥルシー・ナイトメア・マッドネス・4世), also known as Maou Tulsi (魔王トゥルシー, Demon Lord Tulsi) for short, is a female Japanese Virtual YouTuber and a member of the Japanese Virtual YouTuber agency VEE. She joined VEE's 1st group Dev-a, along with Otokado Ruki, Kujo Ringo, Syusetu Kohaku, and Hinahoshi Airu.

Her complete name is Tulsi-Nightmare Madness IV. She may deny it, but she's now 100,021 years old (as of 2025). Her dream is to build a huge demon lord's castle in Harajuku.

In the past, she used to have a strong and sexy body (or so she says), but after sleeping for a very long time, she found that she no longer has enough magic power. Worried about her body's now-underdeveloped places (she won't say where), she requires an overwhelming amount of magic power to make it grow bigger. Having heard on the "Makainternet" (the demon world (魔界, makai^?) internet) that human otaku were easy prey, the Demon Lord has come to the human world to gather magic power.

History

Background

Tulsi, together with the rest of VEE's 1st group Dev-a, was revealed on 23 May 2022. On the same day, she made her first tweet on her Twitter account.

On 27 May, Tulsi made her debut.

2025

On 24 November, she celebrated her 2025 birthday stream. She is officially 100,021 years old (10万21歳) as of this day.
