Usamasu (うさます) is a female Japanese Virtual YouTuber, illustrator and adult manga artist. She is the character designer, founder and "parent" of the independent VTuber group Kouya no Nagazamurai (荒野の長侍, The Long Samurai of the Wilderness).[1]
She primarily does gaming streams and drawing streams.

I'm Usamasu, a virtual rabbit samurai. I'm the "babiniku" (female model, male inside) VTuber persona of the manga artist and illustrator Toumasu-sensei. As the one in charge of business matters, I intend to be relaxed about this, so please take it easy~[2]

Appearance[]
Usamasu is a rabbit girl with very long pinkish white hair and eyes with purple irises as default (she is able to change the colors). She has white rabbit ears.
On her old "Samurai Usagi" design, she had cream white hair tied into twintails with teal ribbons, cream white rabbit ears and red irises. She wore a multicolored, multilayered black-red-yellow-teal kimono with detached sleeves that revealed her shoulders and upper chest. This was worn over a white bunny suit top that covered her ample large bust. She had two swords by her left hip: one with a white hilt and the other with a red hilt.
On her second design as the founder of the Kouya no Nagazamurai, she wears a removable white jingasa hat with holes for her rabbit ears, a removable pink eyepatch over her right eye and a large pink ribbon ornament on the left side of her head. She has a kimono collar and detached white and pink kimono sleeves, her top is a skimpy, white and purple open vest that shows off the cleavage and undersides of her bosom, and her bottom is a white pleated miniskirt with hip windows and secured by a thin pink belt. She has another pink belt on her right thigh and pink high heels on her feet.
She has three katanas hanging off her back, with teal, light yellow and purple hilts respectively.

Usamasu's Twitter account was created on December 2009. Her YouTube channel was created on 14 October, 2018. Her earliest VTuber stream was on 15 March 2019.
2019[]
On 15 March, Usamasu did a test stream on YouTube using her first Live2D model of a samurai rabbit girl.[3]
On 16 March, she held her VTuber debut on YouTube.[4]
On 11 October, she revealed a new outfit.[5]
2020[]
On 1 April, Usamasu did a "newcomer VTuber debut" stream as an April Fools' joke (it was a new outfit).[6]
2021[]
On 13 March, Usamasu debuted her new Live2D model design,[7] which became her default design after she announced the retirement of her original "Samurai Usagi" model on 17 March during an Uma Musume: Pretty Derby gameplay and talk stream.[8]
2024[]
On 16 March, Usamasu celebrated her fifth VTuber debut anniversary and unveiled her second outfit post-redesign.[9]
