VGaming was a Virtual YouTuber agency that started its activities in September 2018. A month just before their 1st music live concert, VGaming announced that the agency will be dissolved. The goods for the event remains on sale on their booth page.

VGaming started out as an agency backed by BrightRelish, a company that focuses on 3D modeling for Virtual Youtubers, They use an in-house 3D application for their talents with Kumaeru as the talent manager. An independent VTuber named Shirayuki Reid joined on October 2019 and a new 3D model for him was revealed They held an audition for 5 new virtual youtubers on the same month. Tokage Meu retired on November 2019 to pursue other endeavors.
On April 2020, A month just before their first music live, the official twitter account of VGaming announced that the agency will be dissolved Due to this, Yotsuha, Yanmi and Reid decided to continue with their activities as independent VTubers. Mayoi Sakyu was expelled due to her inactivity as she hasn't streamed for a month before the announcement, Hatano Charo announced her retirement, Yoruno Yui remained on hiatus and Kumaeru's whereabouts to this day are unknown. Yotsuha returned after the dissolution announcement and gave some details about what happened.
A new VTuber agency VGeneration backed by the same company BrightRelish was created on the same month that the dissolution was announced with VTubers from the aforementioned audition that VGaming held last October 2019.
