Disbanding[]
On 30 March, a month just before their first music live concert, the official Twitter account of VGaming announced that the agency will be dissolved.[1] The goods for the event, however, remains on sale on their BOOTH page. This comes in the wake of a scandal that erupted between the VTubers and their management.
Yotsuha,[2] Yanmi,[3] Reid[4] and Kumaeru[5] all announced their intentions to continue as independent VTubers. Mayoi Sakyu's contract was terminated due to her inactivity as she hasn't streamed for a month before the announcement, Hatano Charo announced her retirement, while Yoruno Yui never returned from her hiatus.[6]
After the dissolution announcement, Yotsuha went on stream to give details about what happened. Meanwhile, Kumaeru did not return to streaming after previously announcing their intention to stream again. A new VTuber agency called VGeneration, also backed by BrightRelish was created on the same month that the dissolution was announced, debuting the VTubers from the audition that VGaming held in October 2019.

Mismanagement scandal[]
In early 2020, various acts of misconduct by management towards its VTubers, such as non-payment of salaries and sexual harassment, came to light, causing a scandal. VGaming management then judged that it was impossible to continue doing business after this, and so they decided to end the agency's operations on 30 March 2020.
