VIBE means a person’s emotional state or the atmosphere of a place as communicated to and felt by others. As a character, she is bright, cheerful and has a happy-to-go attitude towards life.
She first appeared as an UTAU in 2012 but later appearing as a virtual YouTuber. She is bubbly, charismatic and very enthusiastic about life, virtual reality, music, drawing and games.

VIBE has long, light blue hair with pink-colored tips, pink eyes and her clothing is a modern idol-style suit with a grey chest plate. Her signature item being her cap with a musical note on the top of it.
