V-SEA was a Virtual Youtuber agency based in Singapore. It use to consist of two generations, Gen 0 and Gen 1, for a total of six talents, along with at least two staff members.

2024[]
On 30th March, V-SEA's official Twitter account was made and announced the creation of VSEA.[1]
Same day, there was an announcement revealing the first talent of Gen 0, Xinyi Everlamp.[2]
On 10th April, V-SEA opened auditions for Gen 1.[3]
On 25th April, Usa Ahmya was announced to be the second member of Gen 0.[4]
On 3rd May, the third talent of Gen 0 was announced to be Harumi Minnie.[5]
On 12th May, Gen 1 auditions closed.[6]
On 22nd May, the official Instagram account opened.[7]
On May 27th, V-SEA announced the Twitters of Gen 1 to promote and tease the future debuts, the talents revealed are Sauna Caesura, Tania S. Ottoman, Dani Drywall, and Kyorei Minmi[8]
On May 31st, V-SEA announced Whizzy, a youtaite and vtuber trainee, to be the fourth member of Gen 0.[9]
On June 14th, V-SEA announced the graduations of Kyorei Minmi and Dani Drywall.[10]
Disbandment[]
On 20 June, V-SEA announced its disbanding.[11] It was later revealed that V-SEA had never incorporated as a company, a violation of Singapore's Companies Act, 1967, and an offence punishable by up to 2 years in prison and a fine of SG$50,000. It was also revealed that the company had recruited multiple people under the age of 18, posted content from talent prior to their debut without their consent, that multiple artists commissioned by V-SEA were not paid or had their payment delayed, and that legal documents such as non-disclosure agreements and contracts were not proofread by legal counsel.
