viviON, inc. (ヴィヴィオン) is a Japanese web services and content creation company that owns and operates the Virtual YouTuber agencies Aogiri High School and Vebop Project. Established on 1 October 2021, viviON is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Japanese holding company GEO HOLDINGS CORPORATION.[1]

Other services operated by viviON include the book publishing label viviON THOTH, the 2D otaku products store viviON BLUE, and the indie translator collaboration program Translators Unite, for products sold on the Japanese digital media store DLsite.[1]

2021[]

In October, viviON, inc. was established.

2023[]

On 1 April, viviON merged with former Brave Group subsidiary Create-Ring Inc., which managed the VTuber agency Aogiri High School.[2] As the surviving entity, viviON took over management of Aogiri High School as their first venture into the VTuber market.[1]

2025[]

On 22 October, viviON announced the transfer of Vebop Project from REALITY Studios to the company, through an acquisition that happened on 31 August.[3]

Aogiri High School is a Virtual YouTuber agency featuring a "game club" composed of high school students from its namesake, the fictional Aogiri High School. Their content is mostly focused on skits and game streams. The agency was acquired by viviON from Brave Group subsidiary Create-Ring Inc. in April 2023.

Vebop Project[]

Vebop Project is an all-female VTuber agency that produces talents with skills beyond just singing, dancing or gaming. Its members are organized into small units of 3-4 talents each. The agency was acquired by viviON from REALITY Studios in October 2025.
