Yorukaze Production

Yorukaze Production or simply YKZ, is a VTuber organization based in Indonesia that serves the community as a bridge & support for virtual content creators with our new hybrid concept, pioneering of what's to come.

Concept

YKZ uses a new hybrid concept "Agency X Circle", which combines the professional aspect from a talent agency with the flexibility of a friend circle.

YKZ has 2 main departments for their VTuber. The first one is the Agency Department which manages YKZ Talents , and the Community Department which manages YKZ Affiliates.

The main difference between our Talent VTuber and Affiliate VTuber lies in:

1. Origin: Talent VTuber originates from YKZ VTuber audition, while Affiliate VTuber originates from existing VTuber such as Indie VTuber.
2. Financial Support: Talent VTuber will have their assets made from YKZ, while Affiliate VTuber may have their own personal existing assets. Besides that, YKZ provides financial support for internal projects to all of our VTuber.
3. Management: Talent VTuber will have to abide to stricter rules/policies made by YKZ, while Affiliate VTuber may have better flexibility in their content management.

With these concepts in mind, YKZ aims to become the first successful VTuber Agency to promote an open-minded environment for the VTubing Industry.

Organization Structure

YKZ was firstly founded by Xavvyro, Kiyora, and Crazed on 9th February 2022 with 3 main positions being in-charge of their own departments.

1. The General Department of YKZ was managed by Xavvyro, The current CEO (Chief Executive Officer) of YKZ. This department consists of CEO, CTO, and General Staff (including secretary, legal, graphic design, social media management, and music producing/mixing/mastering).
2. The Agency Department of YKZ was managed by Kiyora, the current Agency Director of YKZ. This department consists of Agency Director, Operational Manager, and Talent VTuber.
3. The Community Department of YKZ was managed by Velio Takeno, the current Community Director of YKZ (previously was Crazed). This department consists of Community Director, Affiliate VTuber, and Community Staff (including administration, moderation, and research).

History

2022

On 14 April, YKZ announced their first generation of affiliated VTubers, consisting of Yuzumi, Ellise Youka, and Felix Winston.

On 23 April, YKZ opened auditions for two members of their first talent generation.

On 7 June, YKZ revealed their first talent generation, consisting of Shizuha Fukurou and Kurotsuki Saaya.

On 23 July, YKZ announced their second generation of affiliated VTubers. Their names were revealed in the announcement on 1 August, consisting of WanTaps, Wintergea, and VIVI.

2023

On 3 March, YKZ announced the acquisition of another VTuber Agency "Tengoku Live".

Trivia

• The name "Yorukaze" comes from 2 words "Yoru" (Night) and "Kaze" (Wind). It means the wind that flows during the night, which accompany anyone who seeks comfort from it.
