Yuragi Riu (ゆらぎりう) was a female Japanese VTuber affiliated with FIRST STAGE PRODUCTION, debuting as part of its first generation alongside Amae Ten, Mushanokoji Eli, Rose Swing!, Kamiyori Shihai, Akane, and Leta.

In order to performed live at the Budokan, she became a Vtuber.

She has dull purple hair with a light pink undertone and two yellow streaks with hot pinkish purple eyes.

Yuragi Riu made her debut on 10 March 2023 (JST) as part of the first generation of talents at FIRST STAGE PRODUCTION.

On 30 March, FIRST STAGE PRODUCTION announced that Yuragi Riu's activities would be suspended indefinitely.
On 2 November, FIRST STAGE PRODUCTION announced that their contract with Yuragi Riu has been terminated.
