Yuura Yozakura (よざくらゆうら, 夜桜優空) is a female virtual YouTuber from Indonesia who debuted on September 27, 2022, and is affiliated with Project Livium as their first generation. She describes herself as a red panda who owns and manages her own inn.

Due to her small appearance, a lot of people often underestimate her power on her prime she's able to defeat hundreds of mafias and gangsters and finally known as the legend of the red cherry blossom. Just don't call her shortie or ask her age... just don't!

Appearance[]

Yuura is a demi-human, specifically a red panda with a human form. This is apparent from her distinct physical features, namely the red panda ears and tail that are part of her. She has orange hair with distinctive white streaks. She wears a slightly customized traditional Japanese kimono, which features an obi ribbon tied at the front, a shorter-than-usual skirt, and shoulders that are worn loosely. This is accompanied by a thick fur scarf that wraps around her, though she often takes it off during her appearances. She wears her hair in a bun in her main model. Then, in her newer, slightly altered model, the bun is removed so her hair hangs down long.

Background[]

Project Livium first held auditions as a new agency on June 5, 2022.[1] On August 15, they was announced that their audition produced five female talents, their five talents are Indira Naylarissa, Dina Mostarterra, Ymelia Meiru, Yuura Yozakura, and Silvia Valleria.[2] Yuura’s YouTube channel was created on August 2, 2022 and she joined Twitter the same month. Yuura Yozakura then made her debut one month after the creation of her YouTube channel on September 27, 2022.

2022[]

On 15 October, Yuura reached 1,000 subscribers on YouTube.[3]

On 16 December, Yuura reached 2,000 subscribers on YouTube,[4] and celebrated it by holding a karaoke live stream two days later on 18 December.[5]

2023[]

On 22 February, Yuura reached 3,000 subscribers on YouTube during a big collaboration stream playing Among Us with all the talents from ASPIRA Project, towards the end of the stream while she was doing some karaoke.[6] She also posted her gratitude on Twitter on the same day after she finished her live stream.[7]

For a similar purpose, namely to celebrate reaching 3,000 subscribers, on 11 March Yuura held a special celebration broadcast with a casino theme.[8]

On 2 May, Yuura reached 4,000 subscribers on YouTube.[9] Then, a few days later on 13 May, she also held a karaoke live stream with the intention of celebrating this achievement.[10]

On June 2, Yuura began her first donothon journey, starting with an opening duration of 1 hour and immediately peaking at a maximum duration of 59 hours that she set, which happened in only about 30 minutes.[11]

On June 24, Yuura finished her first series of donothon streams which she had been doing for the past few days.[12]

On 13 July, Yuura reached 5,000 subscribers on YouTube.[13] And a few days later on 19 July, she held a special broadcast to celebrate this achievement. Where she invited Yuuko, one of Yuura's alternate forms, to join him for a chat. Then this was followed by some karaoke sessions, which started from singing with Yuuko, to then Yuura singing by herself.[14]

On November 8, Yuura reached 6,000 subscribers on YouTube.[15] She held a karaoke live stream to celebrate this achievement as one of the purposes, while the other purpose was to complete the #singtober2023[16] agenda that she was participating in at the time.[17]

On November 27, Yuura began her second donothon. And within the first few hours of the initial stream, the timer reached 111 hours—nearly double the maximum duration she set at her first donothon. Then towards the end of that same stream, the timer had peaked at 180 hours.[18]

On December 24, Yuura finished the second donothon, after running for nearly a month.[19]

2024[]

On February 1, Yuura reached 9,000 subscribers on YouTube.[20]

On February 26, Yuura announced a 10,000 subscribers countdown stream and the launch of channel memberships, scheduled for February 27.[21] [22]

On August 8, Yuura reached 15,000 subscribers on YouTube.[23]

On June 17, Yuura held a 20,000 subscribers countdown live stream on her YouTube channel.[24] She then posted his gratitude on Twitter the following day, June 18.[25]

Fans[]

  • Yuura Yozakura's fans are called "Yuuraid." This name is a portmanteau of a part of Yuura's name, "Yuu," and the English word "raid." Based on the explanation during her debut stream, the name literally means "Yuura raiding her fans," but in an affectionate sense.[26]
  • Her channel membership has four tiers, which Yuura named as follows:[27]
    • YOKUMIN (よくみん): This is the first membership tier. The name is taken from a part of her family name, Yozakura—"Yo" (よ)—and combined with the Japanese word "kumin" (くみん, 区民), which means "residents."
    • YOKAJIN (よかじん): This is the second membership tier. This name also uses "Yo" from her family name, combined with the word "kajin" (家人), which means "family member." This implies that they are considered family by Yuura, even if they aren't part of the Yozakura (夜桜) family name.
    • KEPARAT: This is the third membership tier. To distinguish it from the word's other, more negative meaning in Indonesian, this name is an acronym for "Kelompok Pemuda Yozakura Beritikad" (The Group of Well-Intentioned Yozakura Youth).
    • YOLOZ: This is the highest membership tier. The name is believed to be an abbreviation for "Yozakura Loverz."
  • Yuura's membership was officially opened on February 27, 2024, nearly a year and a half after her debut. The concept for the membership is that members are permanent residents of Yozakura's inn, which distinguishes them from the general "Yuuraid" fanbase, who are considered temporary or non-permanent residents.

  • She loves her inn residents.
  • She loves being in a crowded place, and so she loves when her inn is getting crowded.
  • One of her goals that she mentioned in her debut stream was doing some kind of TikTok dance using her 3D model. And by around mid 2025, she get her 3D model, and thus she did quite a lot of dance and other activities using that model that she really loves.
  • She really loves singing, so much so that in almost all of her streams, there is highly chance that she will have a karaoke session, either planned or sudden.
