ZIZAI Inc. (株式会社ZIZAI Kabushiki Gaisha Zizai), formerly known as DUO Inc. (株式会社DUO Kabushiki Gaisha DUO), is a Japanese company dedicated to virtual entertainment enterprises, in particular the management of Mirai Akari, IRIAM, and the now defunct ENTUM.

Former incarnation of ZIZAI, DUO Inc.
ZIZAI Inc. was founded as DUO Inc. in 2015 by the at the time Nagoya University students, Daichi Tsukamoto (塚本大地) and Ryota Watanabe (渡辺稜太), with the goal of promoting and creating products related to the Virtual Reality business. In 2017 they were able to launch their first well known product, the virtual entertainer Mirai Akari. In 2018 DUO Inc. released two services related to the still nascent fad, ENTUM, a talent agency for Akari and other in-house talents along with other invited VTubers, and IRIAM, a mobile platform for broadcasting.
On 1 April 2019, after four years of operations, DUO Inc. was rebranded as ZIZAI (from the Japanese word 自在 jizai, meaning freely or at will) in order to expand their businesses beyond the VR market. On 31 December 2019, ZIZAI closed the operations of ENTUM.
